Anna is still suffering, although managing to go about her daily chores, but still in considerable pain. She is booked for an x-ray next week to see what damage has been done, but in the meantime has a very swollen hip that restricts movement. For example just getting up out of a chair, or bed (or even out of the bath Peter) is painful and probably due to the swelling/fluid around the hip joint. The legendary Ron? Well, I haven't felt much like joining in with anything just lately, the antibiotics seemed to do the business, but I am not out of the woods yet and have to see the Doc again tomorrow. My own view now, is that I had two problems, a water infection and perhaps a stone in the kidney because of the way the pain is intense one minute and subsides the next. The water infection is dealt with (I think) and I am hoping that my opinion will be proved correct, although I don't relish the idea of getting rid of the stone!! So Denzil might now say urine the clear! Thanks and ha, ha to Sue H for making us laugh, and Denzil of course! For everyone else who has offered their best wishes and prayers, we really do appreciate having a great bunch of friends here in the forum. Can't go back to find out who said what now, or I lose this lot, so thanks to everybody! Nice new avatar Diana. What are you doing to make yourself look so young? On the other hand perhaps you'd better not say because POE is a family friendly site! I certainly hope to be back soon folks, but worry a little because it will take an age to go back in the forum to see whats been going on. Might just have to start afresh!! |

My father had it done. They use a thing that emits ultra high sound waves that beaks them up with no pain invoved at all. Hope, if you do have a stone, that the sound treatment works for you. Take care Ron, get well soon. Even I miss you. |

Hi Ron: Sounds to me like something the governor of Kah-lee-forn-ya might say. |
