Hi Lyn, yes, I understood what you meant. I was referring to the 'ReplyTo' field in his own mail program. You can set it so that replies to your address go to some other account. Suppose that you have an info@lyns_business.com for customers' enquiries. You might want the replies to be forwarded directly to your collaborators' accounts, thus you would set the 'ReplyTo' field of your info@lyns_business.com by typing in, say, lyns_collaborator1@lyns_business.com and lyns_collaborator2@lyns_business.com . If you didn't type them correctly though, your customers would get an undelivered message notification when trying to answer just by clicking on 'Reply' and they should correct it 'manually' , which is what you need to do. Now, you also said that you are the only one with the problem above though (!) and you have intrigued me now lol. That doesn't seem to bother you much but in case it will, feel free to contact me; I'm sure there is a simple explanation to it but I'd need some extra info:). Ciao, MG
