Meditation and Relaxation

Very true Ron the Doctors waiting rooms are full of people with stress related illnesses, just to relieve the stress say by 10% would have a marked effect on a persons health.

With regular meditation even a little as 3 half hour sessions per week would have a marked effect.

Sometimes I hear the excuse I have not the time to spend on meditation then I ask the person think of the time as time saved by assisting them to stay healthy and alert not to mention the feel good factor.

Who would ever have thought that when we first started this thread in late August last year that it would attract so much attention now approaching 30000 viewings.

The actual viewings per day are 120 plus 

I have not received one complaint from the clients that have purchased the CDs only grateful thanks for how the productions have helped to relive their stress related problems.
