Imps, weren't they the little black licorice sweets? That or I've got licorice on the brain today.

Actually, talking about licorice, did anyone try the Fox's Glacier Licorice sweets? I bought some on my last trip (just had one a few mo's ago) they are WONDERFUL!

Yes you are right Sue, little diamond shape things if I remember correctly and Liquorice! What about jelly slugs? Don't know about Fox's Glacier Liquorice though, never seen them.

Sherbert Dabs with a liquorice stick....used to choke you lif you weren't careful,  and Sherbert that you bought by the quarter out of one of those jars they used to have, stick your finger in it to lick it off leaving a lovely bright yellow digit lol (waiting for the remarks on THIS lol)

Or suck a a..darn it, I can't remember what they are called. it's a hard boiled sweet on a stick. Any way, you suck on one of those, dip it in the sherbert and suck again.

 Ah, good old tooth rot sweets.

how about fruit cocktails, used to love them, and jelly babies (I still love them now!) Ahhhhh all the sweets I used to eat when young.... then when my lads were little I steared them clear of them....cruel mum or what !!lol
