The simple answer to that is noooo lol I eat anything, i just keep a well balanced diet.

You know Andy, a low carb like the one's they used to fit on the old MGB's, the Morris Minors etc! It was a back breaking job to adjust the slow running jet or the idle wasn't it?

Diana, well of course I do know what you mean re low carb, and so now folks the 'Diana secret'.......she's lost nearly 3 stones in weight, yippeeee doesn't she look great? Thinks....that'll shut her up for a while!

Lyn, you eat anything and you're on a well balanced diet, care to let us members have a scales read out? I'm going to guess at 14 stone with glasses, earings and necklace! Wait for the flak now eh?

Perhaps thats the next POE challenge members, c'mon lets have your weight. I am happy to start this with my weight at 21 stones 4lbs, is that anywhere near you skinny Pete? Maybe you are now thinking this was a bad idea for a new thread Diana!

I love food, and find it very hard to follow a low anything.

As hubby and I approach 50, we are trying to gear ourselves toward a low glycemic lifestyle.

I am 5'5" tall and losing weight slowly. 8st 8lb. this week. Result of my condition unfortunately. Good thing is, my wife can now carry me arround. Saves my legs you know.
