Hi Steph, here you can either have the council to release a sort of Keep Clear sign for your driveway that goes for everyone but the owners or, my fave,  you can have a block to be placed at the entrance.  Do you have anything like that too?    That's more intimidating than a sign; one must be really cheeky to get off the car and remove it!

people who drive like idiots

anything when I have PMT, shane will back me up on that one....
