Sue.

Have a safe trip home. I hope that your trip over here provided you with everthing you hoped for.  When you have had a chance to reflect on your visit I would love to hear what you considered to be the hightlights.  Did you manage to see all birds that you hoped to see.  I know that you managed to catch a glimse of an old Crow called Ron and also saw a nice family of chirpy young sparrows at the POE home.  No doubt there were a couple of Cuckoos there as well.

Seriously, I know that we all hope that you had a great time here and that it is not to long before you return.  Next time try and visit my neck of the woods and I will show you where those Kittiwakes nest.

Regards Roy J.

Ah the insults are flying now aren't they? So not to be outdone Roy, I feel almost obliged to respond, and therefore liken you to an old cockerel that makes a lot of noise but can't produce the eggs! And as for>>>Next time try and visit my neck of the woods and I will show you where those Kittiwakes nest, sounds a bit like I'll show you mine, if you'll show me yours! Chirpy young sparrows? Yes you were right there, but cuckoo's? No, more like a proud peacock with his peahen, and a gracious mother hen to oversee the party!!
