I have dislocated mine 3 times - 1st time when I was 11 at the swimming baths - hit it on the bottom jumping in, 2nd time when I was 15 running an errand for the teacher and I fell over and 3rd time when I was 26 and I sat on the settee/sofa and it went right round the other side of my leg - yes ouch!!! |
