Sarah, you are looking lovely!  And Karen, you look a little like Andy when I first came to POE, except he was in a pint glass! LOL!  Seriously though, your picture avatar was very pretty.  For the next one, maybe you could crop something out of one of your lovely Millom pics.  They are among my favorites on he whole site.

Oh Blood pudding is wonderful.

Fry it up and sprinkle some salt on top and that's all you need.

Growing up we only ate the ususal chicken, ground beef and liver every now and then but never anything adventurous as black pudding. 

I can't even eat chicken off the bone!!

It seems in the UK the whole animal is used...is that right?
