I've used the word "wonky" and my sister always says I shouldn't.  I think I'll call her stroppy!!

I do some PC work on the side and I point all my clients with slow Internet connections towards a prog called PC Pitstop Optimze 2.

 It isn't free (costs about £15 per year) but of all the clutter-killers I've tried (and I've tried many) it's by far the best.

One client tells me it tripled the speed of her Internet connections.
