Might turn out to be just a load of Sasquatch, but who knows?

Paul now that's an different way to say it, cute though...south of Mt. St. Helens, you know, the one that blew in 1980, in Washington State USA...there's so old lava tubes off the mountain near.. called "Ape Caves"and from where it got that name..Bigfoot..naturally.  They purportedly travel cross the continent into Canada along the Pacifc Crest Trail. But you know it's building up so much in the area, it would not surprise me if it started to be more of their identity is found. They cross the Oregon/Washington border in two well know areas, one is off the Sandy River near Troutdale, to the east of it a bit, and near the Bonneville Dam on theColumbia River, in both cases there's large islands in the middle of the river, so the water course is broken up to smaller stretches to swim.

It's Friday, and I haven't heard the news. Is it going to be like waiting for the millennial disaster?

I might add I think every animal around from Mt. Hood comes down the Sandy River, about three miles away, from deer, to cougars, and whatever. An car load of kids went to Lewis and Clark Park late one night on the River so as to cool off from the heat of the day and they claimed that one jumped on their car hood and then rushed off when they screamed..took off in their car.Visably shaken up they reported it to the police. In the fields around here before the massive housing went in, we use to see deer, foxes, ferrets, wolves, and we have squirrels and eagles, and racoons and possum if the cars don't run them down flat. I use to have an frog named "Clyde" lived in our street drain, but he's long gone for some reason. Where did my "Clyde" go, was he "done in" by in "bigfoot"? Was his skinny little rubbery leg just an toothpick?..we may never know!

Just saw a snippet about this on the news, with a picture of Bigfoot curled up and decomposing in a camper cooler.

The men in the know say that DNA was inconclusive. But I believe it's a 'come and be had'.

The people who found the body say they are now going to extend their search for Leprechauns and the Loch Ness Monster. That say it all, doesn't it.

Well, they had it on "coast" and they refused to present the body, the DNA they report is human, unknown, and possume, they didn't let the other scientsts and the cryptologists see it and it's being suggested that it's another hoax, with one having been played out similiarly prior. It's been on the "net" news here off and on for several days. They said they wanted to call in Russians to do the autopsy Monday. In the meantime there's an guy from California that makes masks and costumes and he says it's one of his orignal Bigfoot Holloween costumes from years back. They set up an web site where you have to pay money to see more pictures..it's an $ fraud and apparently down on the bottom is says in tiny letters "for entertainment only". Kind of sad to an possibly important issue...do they exist as many have said they do? Wild animals seldom leave their dead out in the open.  Day three people of 100 o rplus degrees in Oregon, which is virtually unheard of most the time, we are breaking heat records for 20 plus years, not to mention that most of us don't have air-condiitoning, it's not something we normally have to have to live here. I have been doing nohing and what I am doing gets done in theeveing, like clothing..my feet are still swelled and I'm watching my heart..and the water in take. They say tomarrow it will break with thunderstorms and then go down into the 90's and then 70's for the rest of the week with rain. We haven't had to much of that here lately either. Anyone for cold watermellon?..Next week I'll bake the brownies!

Hi Shirley:  I hope you're feeling better soon.  You take care of yourself and take a day to relax with your feet up.  I could use a nice cold piece of watermelon about now.  It's the time of year here when cabin fever definitely starts to set in.  As for the bigfoot thing - well, sometimes some of the stories that come out of America are downright embarrassing.  LOL
