However, after downloading the Vista Service Pack which Microsoft released for it, all the initial problems that we were experiencing (constant crashes, freezes, programs not opening properly etc) seem to have been fixed, and for us it now runs completely problem free. |

My wifes laptop ran almost as fast as my 3mghz desktop untill she started to install programs. Then it ran out of steam and runs like a snail now, even after cleaning all the rubbish and temp files out. |
