Ruth, I couldn't sleep last night and almost came down to see if anyone was on POE we could of kept each other company.
I dont sleep well ANY night, so maybe I should pop on and keep you company too, I usually wake at 02.30 every morning, then put the tele on lol

Yeah me too Lyn, I always loved my sleep but nowadays I spend most nights wide awake, good TV through the night sometimes don't you think.

No we don't either, i better get in on time tomorrow, theres nothing worse than a late job after 13 hours!! I'm so glad i get the hour in bed!!  feels much better!!

Definately, cant say I work 13 hoursSurprised but 8 hours if enough for me lol

I've done the odd split shift which works out at 11 hours, that was shattering enough, doesn't seem right getting the residants up and putting them to bed in the same day.

That's 12:30 pm here now Lyn so I don't think I will be jumping out of bed to get on POE. Frown

Don't take up bus driving Lyn;  you'll be doing 14--15 hour split shifts every week.  Didn't get paid for the extra hour last night, neither.

It must make the night shift seem so much longer when the clocks go back, I didn't seem to need the extra hour and still woke up at my normal time even though the clock said it was an hour earlier than usual.
