In theory, it should go up at the same rate as the cost of living. This is the first increase since April even thought the cost of living has gone up almost weekly. That's one bit of good news. Second bit of good news - I ordered 2 Gigs of memory from Dell for my laptop computer and it arrived today. I've installed it, and the improvement is amazing!
