My Mother the Car.  I think it starred a very young Bill Bixby, didn't it?  It was shown around the same time as Mr Ed.

I loved Ultaman and godzilla. The osmonds. But I really had fun listening to Dr. Demento on the radio late Sunday nights.

Oh! Bill Bixby made me think of "The Courtship of Eddie's Father". I loved watching the re-runs of that show!
