You'd be surprised how many people in AZ develop cataracts at a relatively early age, and they attribute it to not protecting your eyes from sun and glare. Mines been pretty hectic, my dad had to go in hospital on friday night. I do worry about him. He has Crohns Disease and Diabetic, and was having a pretty bad time.
