Its 13:16 and i'm still getting over the 4 busiest shifts i've ever done!!!

And it's not even Bonfire Night yet Jason!

I know!! its just crazy out there at the moment though for some reason!! everyone getting ill or going mad, oh....and getting drunk!!!!   It tends to be the time of year people get ill, so it does tend to get busy, but wow!! its been more than busy!!!

Jason, do your shifts get crazier at holiday times?

yeah they do Diana!! we get a lot of hoaxes too, when the kids are off!! bored teenagers calling 999!!!! and we get drunk kids!!  bored teenagers getting drunk!! But weekends we get a lot of people calling because they can't be bothered to go through the doctors out of hours service, so they just dial 999!!!   i understand they get frustrated having to wait a couple of hours etc... but they've usually had the problem for days!! or even WEEKS!!!! and it can't beat the frustration we get knowing theres a heart attack or something else serious down the road, but we have to attend to this call!!  and the other nearest ambulance is running from 30 mins away!!!

  you know Diana!!  i've never had this happen!!  but i'll beware now you mentioned it!!!
