I personally use Photoshop and Corel when I want to edit anything, if you don't have any programmes like this on your pc, try this link, its free and you don't have to register, just click and go!!! http://pixlr.com/app/ Of course, it really depends on what speed your connection is as to how fast you can upload your photos and edit them.
