I just spent two hours on the phone to several different departments of AT&T and they are still going to call me back.

For some reason they disconnected my long distance plan, and a $420.00 phone bill arrived on my doorstep. I call my 'dads' mobile (cell) phone three times a week as they can't get the nursing home phone to him and he's stuck in his room.

So needless to say I was on the war path (though I am always very pleasant, just firm) and think I've got it sorted.

Then I turned on the TV for a bit of relief and cable wouldn't come on. I told my son I was NOT going to call them and get it sorted. My ear hurts already.

Just thought I'd have a rant.

Poor you Sue! Frown I can imagine it was very frustrating to say the least! There is nothing worse than being caught up in an organization that continue to pass you on to the next operator because they 'do not deal with it in their department' Yell
