I have NO CLUE what these printers look like or how they work!! And we have about six different model floating out there in the Northeast!! I sound like an a$$ when I talk to these people! I like taking things apart to fix them but sometimes have trouble putting them back together but I eventually figure it out! it uses cartidges Krissy. Probably the roller needs cleaning!
