Exactly!!!  its IN YOUR HEAD!!  not your real image!! thats the difference, so that makes you carry yourself different, if you get a better mental image you carry yourself better and feel better, so...look better, well thats what i think anyway, you know if you get up in the morning and feel low, you think you look rough and go round all day feelling and looking rough, but if you wake up in a good mood feeling good, you think you look better, so you feel better, and i'm sure that actually look better then!!   try it!!
