We saw a farm and outbuildings for sale in Pembrokshire just outside Haverfordwest. It was up for £450,000 with planning permission for a farmhouse, coach house and barns to convert into holiday lets with acres of land. It was in a great spot near the Cleddau river. I would buy that and then start a holiday letting business, You could all come and stay then!

Terry keeps saying when he wins the lottery he'll buy it - it might have sold but the way things are here at the moment it might still be for sale. I'm frightened to look! It would be nice to get the kids living in the fresh air and life at a slower pace!

First of all, here in the states, you'd have to pay taxesof about 40 per cent I think they said, so there is no having an Million dollars...the rest I'd try to pay off medical bills and upgrade the house and buy my hubby an car, the one he has now, "groans" every time its cold until it warms up, and then too, I use something better to drive also would invest it in the local community most likely..I'd like to see an Ihop Pancake and steak house go in beside the Feed Store we have and the towcomapny is for sale, and it could be an small mall, the place where the little gal I raised that burnt down some weeks ago isstill for sale, I'd put an huge country Bed and BreakfastInn there, and across from it another place is for sale, use to know who owned it also, I'd make it into an small fabric or ceramic shop...if I didn't put the fabric shopin the mall, it needs small shops of basic maintenience, like laundry/dry cleaners, beauty shop, herbal shop, gift shop for the people in the area, autopartsmight be good with the towing company goingout, small lumber shopperhaps, keep it simple..then I would liketo have an horse and carriage travel down the road...fromtown out here to the grades schoolsandback..we need a place for our own community ChristmasCommunity Tree also...place where the schoolkids can have their car washes also in the summer. Would like to see it very "country" also, and for the most part I seriously doubt it will ever come topass, it getsclose, but there is always someone else that steps in an picks up the winning  for me...sad..times we could of really used a bit of help also. I would love to see an area set aside also to bring back the animals we use to have like "deer" locally again..common birds, etc.
