We had a really nice dinner at my house with 12 guests - my DH's family. It was a great day with people we don't see often enough. My brother-in-law did the turkey. He deep fried it after a 24 hour soak in a rosemary, cranberry and brine marinade. It was to die for. One of the things I'm thankful for this year is my new POE friends. XO
