Thanks for the comments on my avatar.  I cropped me out of this year's company's Christmas card photo! LOL! The photo is actually quite nice as it was taken from the roof of the building I work in and you can see a bit of Boston in the back ground. If I knew how to get it on the forum, I'd post it, but cut and paste doesn't seem to work for me.
