I don't post very much.  I rather look at the great pictures, but I wish everybody ;

an excellent health, profitable jobs, lots of Belgian chocolats, capable politicians, friendly aliens, belgian food, great sceneries to spend in, many hollidays to Belgium, reliable friends, sunny days, supporting familymembers, great shops to spent money in, Belgian beers, love and peace, astonishing television programs, a warm blanket in the cold winter evenings, a warm kiss after crying, many romantic dinners with your loved one(s), educational conversations, Belgian movies, new ideas and lots of time to make them come true.

Anything else?

I think that's about the best new year greeting I've ever heard.  Thank you Patrick, and a most Happy New Year to you too.  Some of the stores here are having their after Christmas sales and I bought 2 tins of Belgian Chocolate biscuits (cookies) yesterday for a ridiculously cheap price.  They are absolutely wonderful.

 lots of Belgian chocolats,

There's no Belgian chocolate in our little town, so I will have to look on the computer, as I feel compelled to at least fulfill one of your New Years wishes     and theres nouwt better than Belgian chocolate.

In Wheatley (little village near Oxford) they have a tiny shop (used to be the paper shop) that sells flowers and Belgian chocolates.

Sue:  Talking about choclates made me think, I wonder what kind of tea all our english members drink.  I just started drinking tea not long ago, and wonder what I ever did before.  It is not just the tea, it's also just sitting down and relaxing.  I never knew anyone here in America that drank tea, everyone is addicted to coffee, which I never was.  When I was researching in I believe Devonshire I learned about cream tea.  I buy it from Adagio on the Internet, it's a great site.  Tell me what you like, and look at Adagio.com sometime.  Mary Jo

by now you have all celebrated New Year's Eve, as I'm on the west coast of the USA and it's an little after 8 pm...chocolates or no chocolates...I've been running around with trying to get caught up in time the last 24 hours..we had an "Scout" ceremony last night with three brothers, all "Eagle Scouts", fantasic kids also I might add. Tonight it was our regular Chinese Food, but no "fortune cookies" and I looked at the lady and she said, I guess they want you to make your own "future" this year?...and we had hubby's birthday that we couldn't celebrate last night, I gave him an little piggy wearing pink glasses and an "Powerball" lotttery ticket to win 80 million dollars possibly...taxes would get 40 per cent of it, if he did win...and and an cribbage board..for taking in his back pack. Everyone scattered and it's just hubby and I here for the New Year Celebrations...son had to work, wifely and kids went over to friend's house..said that they would probably spend the night. Listened to part one of the 2009 prediciton show on "coast to coast" last night and Art Bell was not getting an simple answer to ..What do you predict for 2009?..he was getting disgusted in ways. So, tomarrow down comes the tree as well as the rest of the decorations,..which I've already done several rooms... putting up Valentine's Day as I go along.  I found another Bernard Cornwell Book to read, this one about the Holy Grail.  Computer still giving me problems and I've had an problem getting here recently..even using the web addy for some reason. Well, I guess that about covers everything so far...HAPPY NEW YEAR! Talk later..and welcome Patrick!...I grew between two boys, one named Micheal and the other named Patrick...though I no longer see much of them any more, different lives, went different ways...many years ago.
