I like to walk in the mornings, but there is still ice on the road so I'll wait on that, but I have a DVD called Slim in Six that I like to do. I also got Sweating with the Oldies for my 50th from my boys, so I'll do that to. I like to swim as well, though I can't really afford it right now. |

I also have a Wii fit Jason! I hate it really - keeps telling me I have put on weight since we had it!!! I struggle with alot of other exercise because of my dodgy dislocating knees and sciatica!!! |

Oh Steph! I suffer with sciatica too. It's simply debilitating when it hits, isn't it? |

Some gal says simply "breathing" will cause an person to lose weight,..it's the non-breathing full breathes that makes us heavy and retain water. They claim when your outside walking, it's the breathing "routine" that does it for you, do the same type of breathing routine in your house and you'll get the same effect of burning calories. Most people with heart problems don't breathe correctly. |
