Favorites:  misty, gambrel (as in roof), breeze, Cheerios, and I'm becoming rather fond of whilst.  lol

Don't like the word yogurt, even though I love yogurt, I just wish it was called something else. Oh, and another one - neuter. My little pooch goes in tomorrow morning for his.

Sue - that is my favourite word too!!! Great mind think alike! My friend Marie used to use it to impress people when we went out!!

My least favourite words at the moment - tax return, Self Assessment, work - see you all soon!!!

Oh Stephanie! When I saw your name as the last poster to this thread I just KNEW you were going to put WORK.

I've been thinking of you, and look forward to when it's all over and you can spend more time with us.

I was talking to the Doctor and his assistants the other day about how a female cat is called a She cat. Then they mentioned how you can no longer call a female dog the proper name over here in America, so I said "You mean a bitch" They were so shocked that I had actually uttered that word.

I think it is a crying shame that people are scared to use certain words that have real meanings because they are now used as profanity.

It's true about words not having the same meaning anymore Sue.  I used to love the word gay, but it now has a meaning totally different from it's original meaning.
