Lowell man charged with beating his 3-month-old sonA 29-year-old Lowell man was being held Tuesday night on charges he repeatedly punched his 3-month-old son in the head because the baby was crying while the man was trying to sleep. |

The man was arrested but they didn't say what his sentence would be. How could anyone hit such a defenseless, tiny infant? I can't even comprehend it. |
