I pretty much always wake up 'awake', even though I get up at 5 AM, but you talk to me around 8 PM and I'll be useless.

Are you a night person Krissy?

hmmm...I think I am more of a morning person but I have a lot of trouble sleeping lately and with the time change, I'm just all messed up!!!! I need a day where I can just sleep as late as I want!! But those days are in the far off distance!!!

Insomnia, I suffer from that too Krissy, and I think it has to do with the big M coming on. Maybe you are in the peri stage too, or maybe other life stresses are causing it. Either way, it is not fun. I hate to feel draggy, no matter what time of day.

Oh I wonder about that Sue..the peri stage...so many different changes lately, you know what I mean?

And stress..yes, I have LOTS of it and the lack of excercise too!! But there is never enough time or freedom to do that right now...my schedule has to change!

How old are you? I think you've told us before, or if you haven't and don't want to say, that's fine, but I'm thinking you're in your 30's. A bit young for the peri, but it does happen.

I've just lit a candle (lavender and vanilla) in the bathroom, and as soon as it smells good, I'm off for a long, hot, bubbly soak.

It's my day off today.

I went in to work yesterday afternoon (wish it could be have been all day), we had some good procedures going on. Quite interesting!
