Maria is very talented in both photography and computer skills, she is loyal to her friends, kind, beautiful, articulate and a master of languages. She is a busy person but gives the little time she has to help with the site that we all love.

This is the kind of stuff I was made to do at one time for my employees..rather then give them an much deserved wage increase. Management thought an cheap pin, words of praise could surffice for wages any time...they still tried to bring in an union, and eventually the place went broke...I'm having an hard time forgettting that lesson of life in ways I guess.  but I understand that people like to be appreicated also. One's true talent lies in ones abilty to keep people here some times, and I think through time you know your appreciated here and an friend...just by the contributions you make..and the keep coming back after all the challeneges of being on the web these days...control issues are really high on the net.  I do mean everyone here, no one left out...your all good people...and it's nice to know you.... I'll let your continue now....smiles*

Thank you, Steph ;-)

>> until I get to REALLY know you

You are absolutely right about that, Shirley. Yet all of us happen to dislike people and we are able to get annoyed or mad at perfect strangers pretty easily in fact. We can simply decide that we don’t like someone without actually knowing him or her, even in real life, but none of us wonders and we can often find that even natural.

This thread works just the other way around.   Isn’t that nice for a change? :)

Maria comes across as a very sweet and caring person. Even amidst the family upsets, I don't remember a cross word being said.

And of course Maria's computer knowledge has benefited POE and all it's members, for which we are very grateful

I also have to state that Maria, who had my name on the Christmas list, sent me THE more wonderful gift, something she knew would bring me much joy, and for that i am very thankful.

I know a lot of good people, even the ones that stabbed me in the back down the line, they were all "nice" though their "intentions" weren't apparently. I just read this story aother website, so sweet about an ragged looking man underweight and in an wheelchair headed on a airplane, looking more dead then alive and this good Christain gal was told by "God" to brush his hair...several times over, and she said he looked so "ratty" and unkempt she wondered if she dare ask him. Well, she did, to find out he was returning home from an heart operation..and didn't mind the help (I found it unusal the hospital didn't do this before he left)and so her message was to accept what your told to do by "God" and not be embarrased about it. Now fo rme, I doubt my hiar would of been "ratty". but it'slookin gterrible right now..as all thi sheart business is seeing me lose my hair, so I'm putting "oil" through out the day up along this area, and I think the Vit. B is helping to restore it...but I'mnot brushing it as much and with the "oil" it always looks ...well..not the greatest. Sometimes you go through times like this until you can get yourself straightened out...so had I been this man..I would of said "no, thank you"! Now, where is that $80 bottle of hair strengthener I bought some time ago....see if I can keep this "baby fine" hair from breaking off.
