Might sound childish but I haven't been allowed in those rooms since the year 2000!!!! The bathroom since we moved in the house in 1996! 2. Can't wait to clean up the house and have a home with Elsie. 3. So much to do and so overwhelming. I guess one day at a time. |

So glad Cathy sounds a bit happier - a long way to go but going in the right direction now my dear friend. xxx 2. My head is still in a spin from yesterday - went to see the consultant with Terry and he will have to have his operation next month which for the NHS is super quick! They are worried about the hernia strangulating with his heavy job. Although the procedure is just a day case he will have to have a general anaesthetic - and with his breathing problems and the fact that they struggled to bring him round before I am concerned. On top of that he will have to have at least 6 weeks off work after and probably 3 months unless the work find him a desk job which is unlikely. He won't be allowed to lift anything heavy for 3 months. As you can imagine all of this is also playing havoc with our plans to move too. 3. Thinking of all those people in the fires Ron mentioned and hoping my dear James will be careful where he visits. Edited by: Stephanie Jackson at:2nd September 2009 07:43 |
