I'm afraid Linkenholt doesn't have a pub, and the sale price doesn't include the church neither. And no Jason---it's surrounded by Hampshire countryside and not a multitude of things you mentioned. An estate agents/realtors in Newbury are handling the sale, looking in the region of £25 million I believe.

Paul you can sort it out then and I'll be the accountant. I love that avatar Paul - it is so cute!

Diana, how could I forget about Upoetia?  I'm sure we can find an appropriate building there to convert into our "Maid in Upoetia".

OK Steph---just checking the piggy bank--though I suspect I'll have to ask for some bail out funds to tie me over----and here's an ariel view of the village centre.

I had a complaint about my sabre-tooth squirrel so I thought I'd better alter it to something else for a change, c. 1957.

It looks nice - do you think it's a sign - the estate agent being Jackson-Stops!

that's it, why you've been able to buy whole little coastal spots like this one for some time over here, and many less millions of dollars also, with at least one guaratanteed major road going through the middle of it...of course ours might include an few sea crabs walking through town now and then.  This does look like an nice spot for the Restruant though...outside fields look ripe for an old time rendition of an English battle with knights in shining armour also. Lets' see, I might be able to dig up 9 cents..maybe..will take me sometime otherwise, just this "bailing out" thing gets to you these days. Maybe we could set up condom machines throughout the world to help raise money?
