How would YOU know? What emotions would you experience that would tell you that this person was "the" one? |

Similar to you Krissy, I think it would be a feeling of completeness. Not in a desperate "I need somebody to complete me way", but rather, a feeling like this person rushed in and filled up the places you didn't know were empty. |
