I would love to explore the Amazon, looking for  lost Indian tribes.

I'd rather read about it in an magazine Ray, keep my head about me a bit...if you undrstand...though they are still primitave enough to know how to "live off the land" instead of plant things no one has any use for these days.

Yes shirley,

Seriously, I  saw a programme on trying to find the lost tribes in the amazon. the patience of the explorers, putting  out cooking pans and metalware to attract the indians, who took the pots and pans and left spears and things but did not make visual contact, was absolutely fascinating.

Can you all "envision" an apartment house with growing real blueberry bushes for landscape shrubs instead of some bush that produces nothing, or say community tomato plants on one end..like an small victory garden..and one apple tree tucked out of the way here an there....  carrrots planted for border palnts amoung the flowers. Raspberries along an fence. Even if the tendants never used them, the homeless could. My older sister is I understand evicted from her place, and doesn't know where she will be going next...she's already on "state help"...62 years old with Diabetes type II.
