Krissy, the cherry blossoms have come and gone (it was during the first two weeks of April).  They were lovely this year.

Not really, Krissy, although my bus does go by there along its route through DC.  Everyday, I see the White House, Washington Monument, Smithsonian, Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Kennedy Center, Pentagon, U.S. Capitol Building - rather like a tour bus without a narrator.  Smile

Wow!!!! I've never been to Washington.!!! I want to though!! Sammie was there last year with her dad and she loved it!!

Well, come on down sometime and I'll show you around!  I still want to visit the Native American Museum and the Holocaust Museum and the Library of Congress.  It's amazing how one takes these things for granted when one lives among them.
