all "Hell" broke out around here after my message was posted, I am just now getting my internet services back from being without them the last 24 hours after the lightening strikes came through. Remember last week when I was mentioning the wierd electrical stuff going on. aparently even people with "wireless" were out of service in these parts also. I figure I take so many pills to relax my veins one cup of coffee or so, but limit it after that..won't hurt. I'm not like people that have to have an cup in their hand constantly to get through the day. I spent time off line finished off my Tom Brown Book.."The Vision". completely changed my house around, planted the entire front yard in veggies and eatable veggie flowers, talked to my neighbor. babysat for my kids escape for their anniversary overnighter,,with her cousin here also...he did most of it. Getting ready to start on the downstairs next. fourth time I've been an block or less away of an lightening strike, reminds me of David Brinkley. Never had this problem until I was preggie with my son...from then on for some reason. Had I got hit yesterday it would of melted me that bolt was so thick and straight down dangerous huge dude..I'd been dead no doubt. I will never question my horoscope when it says to "Protect yourself from personal harm" again.

My favorite breakfast meal would be 2 eggs over easy, hash browns, bacon (very crisp), 2 pancakes, orange juice and hot tea!

What I tend to eat is a bagel with butter and brown sugar, either cottage cheese or a yogurt and a glass of milk.

Oh, Krissy!  One of my favourite quick breakfasts!  On work days I start with a cuppa tea and something quick - bowl of Cheerios or buttered toast or banana and yogurt.  Weekends I leisurely enjoy 2-3 cups of French Roast coffee and scrambled eggs, bacon and toast.

Bob, a heart attack on a plate is my absolute favorite breakfast of all!  You can't beat English bacon and sausages!
