I remember when I was about 12 years of age, a freind of mine had an air rifle which using air, fired a lead slug a few yards. he let me 'have a go' once and I shot a bird in a tree in the local wood. after that I felt terrible that I had 'shot' an inocent life away for no reason but to see if I could. I was trained on balistics and small arms whilst in the RAF, (and would have fired in anger if instructed to do so) but... anyway, lets move on. |
