You have to slow down to drive thru a roundabout. In Phoenix, the average speed of a car going thru an intersection, esp. if trying to beat a light change, is 55 MPH. My husband always jokes that red means stop, green means go and yellow means go like h***! LMAO!!! Ruth,,,I say the samething about the lights!!! An hedge-hog is a small rodent type animal covered in spines that role-up into a ballshape when threatened, nocternal, but wildlife protectors in some country areas dont want you to run over them on the road, so they display a warning sign.
