Ok and under my 1st ex-married name: Jeannie (xx- for privacy): this popped up: Jennie (xx)'s Wine Education Wine Education Classes (this of course is not me) Second ex-married name: Jeannie (xx-for privacy):nothing-yea me !! Third ex-married name: Jeannie Fetters: all that came up was same as Diana's England Forums: Slang, and Arrested for: I was almost fully arrested for driving with suspended license. I had gotten stopped in my own home town in Ark. it was a rookie cop. I guess trying to feel big. He honestly pulled me over for failure to turn on my blinker at a stop sign, at 12:00 midnight. I was the only one in the turning lane. The was very little if any traffic. He claimed most drug dealers and drunks forget to turn on their blinkers. I shrugged it off as whatever. And that he was just an ignorant rookie cop. I failed to pay the ticket all the way, moved to Oklahoma, in the town I live now. They were nice about it, and warned me several times. I am from a small mostly friendly town. If something bad ever happens, everyone puts all differences aside and everyone helps everyone else out. That is just how we are here. They told me several times to take care of the ticket, or they would have no choice in the matter, and have to arrest me. That they couldn't let it slide much more. 1 week later I was caught, the cop had a newer cop with him, he had no choice but t arrest me. I was beyond petrafied. I was handcuffed and put in the back of the police car. All while my kids watched. I will never (sorry for crying) never ever forget that feeling, of almost losing my kids. I was so scared. so very scared. I lost it and started bawling right in front of the cops, I try very hard not to cry in front of men, or any man, I couldn't stop crying, cause I was so scared. I told my (now ex) husband to please take the kids home, and make sure they get their baths, and in bed before 12 a.m as it was 11:00p.m. at this time. I will never forget the look on my kids' face when I was handcuffed. I will always have to live with that. In that police car I prayed like I had never prayed before. Cause I didn't think I would survive Jail. I have never been, And I have no intention of ever trying to get there. I have paid every ticket since then. I got one ticket here about 2 weeks ago, for failure to stop at a stop sign. In our town, everyone, slowed down, looked to-off again. It was a normal thing. But to always watch out for kids, bicycles, 4-wheelers, go-carts, motorcyles, etc. We are a small country town. Similiar to how you'd picture Dukes of Hazzard, with out Boss Hogg, or the Duke boys. that's our town. We got gals that would love to pretend to be Daisy, and I'm sure we'd have guys who'd love to try to be the Duke Boys. Any way he was a new cop. My stupid ticket was $219.00 And I was told it was supposed to be higher than that. I have $126.00 left to pay on the 1st. of June. Be careful of rookie cops. I had one hat made me walk to his car, he warned me if I was speeding in his town again, he'd write me up for everything he could. I passed him off as a moron, I had lived in the town probably longer than he'd been a cop. Of all the speeders, I got caught. I was speeding yes, way to fast one day, but I was late for work, fear of being fired, $7.25/hr. Best pay I ever had, I worked at a nursing home, where we took care of doctor's and lawyers's moms and dad's, very classy elderly people. I was speeding at about 95-100 miles/hr. I was weaving in & out of traffic. I was being careful. I had my eyes peeled and watching. I think someone called on their cell-phone. Cause, a cop, came out of nowhere of a back road, and at the very moment, seeing that cop, whip out behind me like that, I seriously felt like Dukes of Hazzard, Daisy in her Jeep. But, I was in my Daytona. I miss that car it could fly. It caught fire. Electrical problems. Had I not just filled it up with gas that was cool from the ground. I was told if the gas tank was any emptier, I would've been blowed up? not sure if this is true though. I cried as my baby, my red Daytona, whole engine burnt. I was jerking out car seats', basketball, everything of value. The other bummer, I had just bought new tires. I couldn't even get anyone to buy my tires. I had to sell my car for a lousy $25.00, with new tires. Anyway, back to the cop. when he whipped behind me, and got me stopped, he screamed at me,"Do I need to search your car!!!" I said," No sir.!.?." Then it hit me, oh dear Lord, what if this was a drug car? I panicked. It wasn't he gave me a ticket, and I was not fired. But, I did get wrote up. I did run from a cop once, my friends had warrants, stupid me, I listened when they said, "run" I did, I ran alright, smacked into a railroad tie. busted my front tire. My friends went to jail, I had to drive my car in the parking lot and call mom, and explain what I did. It sat there for 3 days, before my parents would help me, get it fixed. The cop, when he got up to me finally, said,"ma'am were you trying to run from me?" I almost started to freak out. ( Inside to myself later on I cracked up laughing) I said very quickly,"No Sir, No Sir!!" I was very nervous. So who else has been arrested? hmmm? come on fess up, now. |

I was taken to the sheriff's office one time, in an car accident, but it was undrivable...that was when I was hit broadside by an dude doing 70 MPH. I can't remeber if they arrested me back then or not, as when you make an left hand turn in this state you automatically are giving up what is called the "right of way"...I know I wasn't charged for the accident though, as the other driver was speeding and had been drinking...he also lied and told them he was only going 45 MPH after looking at the street sign as he said it. they measured his skid marks..had I been wearing an seat belt then, as is required now, I'd be dead, he took out the entire drivers steering wheel and threw me over on the other side of the car and I fell out of it when they opened the door. Since I did not see him coming I had no idea what was going on and was in an state of shock. That nice policeman sat me down in his patrol car under his air-conditioning..and didn't let me leave his site unitl family came to pick me up..I think he knew also I was in an "semi-state" of shock at the time. I kept saying..Where did he come from? Turned out he was passing an van down the street at this speed...I saw the van and had no idea there was another car behind it. he tried to stop, even if it did take him two blocks to not achieve it. Needless to say, they "totalled" my car. Last I heard the faulted us both, me by the state statues and him by the speed he was going an drinking at the time. I know they gave him an breath test, but I don't know if he flunked it or not. Anyway supposedly each of our own insurance companies took care of our cars as there was no person, sited as the one making an specfic act of wrong-doing over the other. |
