I liked it when we did "one on one" business back then, there was less chance of indenity theft...because everyone knew each other. But I would like to think if I were missing $100 that someone would be there to do this for me also. |

I would have taken 5 minutes to enjoy the sight of £4m on my balance, then happily have said goodbye to it. What I've never had I'll never miss. I also have a conscience and I wouldn't have slept in my bed knowing that I had done something so dishonest. No matter where I go or what I do, I know I can hold my head up high. |

Do they really think they won't get caught? I'd be lying if I said that the thought of all that money sitting in my account wouldn't be tempting. However, my conscience would never allow me to sleep, ever again!!! So, I'd report the mistake after taking a few minutes to enjoy the site of it! Edited by: Diana Sinclair at:22nd May 2009 14:13 |

Anyway, I agree with most, or all of you, honesty is the best policy. Even when it's something, we hate to discuss. Wiether embarrassing or not, we need to Always tell the truth, no matter what. I am trying to teach my 8 yr.old son this. He was caught the other day, lieing to the principal at the elem. school. This wa our 4th meeting in 1 1/2 weeks. He said he lied, so he wouldn't get into more trouble. We tried to tell him, lieing only gets you further into trouble. Anyway-yes-honesty-best policy. I told the truth on one occasion, after they got out of jail, my friend didn't speak to me for 1-2 weeks, but I was not going to jail for them, so I told the truth. I am still proud of this decision. |

I'm sure you knew what I meant though. ......They -yes-should've returned the money. 4m wow. I see it this way, if we aren't caught in this world, we will answer to God, in the end. I agree with you all. |
