8 year old girl kidnapped and presumed dead

Kind of like Dove says, there's an lot of "monsters" out in the world these days. they found the missing woman in New York I think it was also, came up missing, an housekeeper type for an corporate office working nights, she was supposedly in an secluded security type situation...was on camera also when she came up missing, they found her dead, her head wrapped up in duck tape., hands behind her. didn't say if she'd been molested or not. She was an mother with several younger kids also...had told her husband this fella had looking at her, watching her  and she felt uncomforatble about it. Hope they find the person before they get any further.
