I was just a small girl in the 60's with my little pixie do. I must say though, that's there's really something about the beehive bubble. No that's not me inmy younger days. lol

Sue, I had a perm done in 1983 (I think), it was the perm from hell. Cost me a fortune and I hated every day that I had it. Ruth, I'm tired of straight hair also, I have 'wild' hair that I have to take a lot of time to tame and straighten. It's a frizzy mess if I don't take care when doing it. When 'big hair' comes back I will be much happier 'cos then it won't take me so much time to do. Bring it on fashion world!!! |

Lol, me too Ruth! I loved having a perm. I thought it looked good and it was so easy to take care of. The problem is that my hair grows so fast that the perm goes flat after about six to eight weeks. |

What I meant to say is that after 6 to 8 weeks the roots have grown out enough that the perm lays flat against my head instead of being all nice an fluffy the way it was at first. |
