Nice read Rita, I think as getting older myself that there's not this competition to be the stronger.. the better in everything, in sync with your contemparies..and yet great minds come from being this way at times.. your more relaxed in general. They say that countries also evolve much that same way, going from fiesty to rebel, to power weilding and holding,  back to an kind of self-contained wisdom and acceptance of the world as an whole, as it ages. I feel if people were not so competive and money seeking all the time, most the country as well as people's woes would drop about 2/3 of what they are right now. As to your trainer, best of luck. What happens after he/she leaves? It would take someone special for me as an trainer, as I have now got to be the diet guru unsuccessful of all time. I still think my problem is one of not utilizing the water in my body correctly. People with big stomachs that get stressed out, produce cortisone..it's an hormone,,,weight doctors pounce on it as an way to sell drugs to make them rich I guess you know, but it's not the underlying problem..solving the production of cortisone is the answer, what does cortisone do, it retains water, this water is taken to fat cells and stored where it converts to fat, so indeed these people have no problem losing on an diet, they just never keep the weight off. They always walk around with an big belly. Because once you make fat cells they are like the bank deposit system, always there an ready to take deposits. As to the "net" I find your correct, it gives us an chance to "visit" without the need to get dressed in your vistiing best clothing, or to get to very personal close at times. We can skip the e-mail the day we feel grouchy. It has it's place in society I think. Many people whom would never get out as the elderly find refuge in e-mails. Perhaps it will help the elder to keep their wits about them better as they age, for an still mind following others dictates is what often encourages senilty in general. I do hate it though when the Cliques arrive some days..they can stifle conversations at times as well as make people feel welcomed sometimes also. POE is one of the friendliest sites I've been to. You should see them in some of the other places I got to..doom and gloom and authoritive and people bashing. Hope you have a good day, I'd say your trainer will get you in shape in no time, if you can keep up with it all. Diet sounds "OK". My best to you....and thanks for the read.
