I love them, really love them. Cashew nuts come a close second with salted peanuts in 3rd place. However, I will eat any nuts at all! I hope they are good for me Yesterday I polished off a bag of chili coated peanuts.....oh, they are soooooooo good! What are your favourites? |

I have to really watch myself because once I get started, I can't seem to stop. I adore cashews, pecans, walnuts, macadamias, peanuts (pretty much in that order). I try to be good and only eat unsalted walnuts which are supposed to be good for your heart. I like to combine them or cashews with raisins for a healthy snack. |

Reember you must have one tablespoon of fat in your diet three times daily to ward of Gall-stones.Take notice "fat-free" dieters please. I've had my Gall bladder removed due to being givien "metabolism" tablets by an nurse after an yearly physcial exam. It took me about 3 months on them...she thought she was helping...and so did I. Good for you Diana, I have an sister in-law likes licorice, and they put it in an lot of cough medicnes or did, esp. Nyquil, imagine my surpise when my doctor dragged out his herbal book in his office to show me to not eat licorice in anything because of my health, and it also said, don't give it to children. It' s harmful to them, let them have the flavored "red" cherry instead if they must have it, but nothing with REAL licorice in it. Maybe "god" was protecting you! |
