I guess he is also an bit of an burly type person reguarding people telling him what to do, and you all know to make an noose tighter around your neck here with any kind of authority is to "buck it"..that's why websites sites go underground on the net to get the word out on things, and people like Mr. Bush was wire-tapping. illegally most the time into the business of others. Niether to me are correct in that, but there is something reported recenly that kind of needs mentioned I think, it's firstly, black "op" helicopters "buzzed down on" and "harassed" an picnic held by Brown for family and friends recently, it had an good many scared...and when an judge asked an lawyer that was appointed if he felt his life was in jeopardy, the lawyer said tears welled up in his eyes, and he was immediately taken off the case to defend the family in behalf of the Government. He went public with his story of this the other night over the air waves. I would say that this doesn't matter to most people...but. I know of another case of an guy that coulnd't afford his taxes either. He also reported to everyone on the "net" that he had "black ops" helicopters buzzing over his property during an gathering of people. Maybe taking pictures of people that attended it as sympathizers? In his "case" they found out his brother had been jailed prior in another state, and released..police picked him up, said he owned them money for the past court case or his bail oor confinment and wanted thier money back..and he was going ot be "Jailed" unitl it was paid. so his brother had to take out an loan, an dgo down and get him out, and then he move dhim up to where he lived. He felt hsi brother's harrassment was because of his not being able to pay his taxes that year. In the case with the "Brown's" up above they are older people in thier 60's and they threw out the original legislation that made this taxation illegal and have buried it more or less so it can not be used as part of the defense in the people's case. Which is why some people think Mr. Brwon refused to pay it to begin with. These old folks are facing an 30 year jail sentence possibly an dan huge fine. when I was doing "Jury duty" we had an local tax man that worked fo rthe state as one of the jurors, he beamed with pride as he told us how his "specialty" was squeezing out past due taxes from the little guys in some way or another...at the time "Kenny Lay" was just busting an dgoigniwth hsi sotry of the billions and millions he cost others in his scheme. You know our state schools are supported by corporate taxes, and Kenny Lay made millions and never paid an "dime" in taxes to our state that year. He took the money and he re-invested it to declare an "no porfit" statu sthat year not having to pay an thing. We looked at this "tax man" as if we could string him to think he' d go after someone for owing less then $10,000 and makind life pure hell for them. Teh wages they paid him and the effort he spent to go after the small guys was more likley more costly then what the people owed that coulnd't pay off because of financial need alone.Now...England has in th epast, stepped in, or at least I have historical records of it, in an money "scam" when they were in rule, and said, this person doesn't "exist" in our site..so thereforre anything he did did not exist. Because the person they were talking about was so crooked and had invoved so many others, it was laid simply to rest with the statement of "you no longer exist" as to thier "authority". Iwould like to know, what you people think..of this and an Government that harasses these people like this..any comments? Now Mr. Obama has declared that our "Governemn" doesn't "torture" others, but I wonder what he thinks of the Brown family incident...is "harassing" another story? |

I find it distasteful behavior myself. I think unless they can find an real issue of constantl fraud in past taxes due, they ought to throw the whole works out of court and stop wasting tax payer dollars. Look at the corporations getting free hand out money these days..when we citzens can barely make it ourselves. Esp if these people are on "Social Secuirty" because of their age and in retirement they most likely can't take on more taxes to pay. This does not speak well of our system of Governing it's people. |

I have heard of it with Rock Concerts before but not for "taxes" other then the first guy...just seems out of place. I was kind of wondering if it was all in an newspaper in Diana's area, if she could tell us more about it maybe. But maybe not . I can see why some people are going over the edge claiming the Governement is going ot haul them off to concentration camps they have built across the country and declare "martial law" as soon as they can find an way to sanction it..hope not..Good Lord.I hope not! Let's hope and pray it is over zealous minds at work...with nothing to back it up with. We have so much information these days sometimes its hard to know what is the honest truth any more.Just about the time we think we can beleive something...we find out it is fraudulent also....Sad but true. |

So maybe others are bringing into play this kind of thing happening to the Brown family as totally unnecessary also. I mean I have no problems with if they owe money making it an dollar down, and dollar an week deal for the old folks if they aren't able to pay their taxes in some way because they are on retirement funds only..and don't own an bunch of stuff to sell to get more money. I think they need to examine also the law that was thrown out that they said in the beginning was "why" they felt it unnecesary to pay the taxes also. In an era of unemployemnt most of us ar pretty "touchy" right now about ANY hikes in prices or taxes in anything. Maybe Mr. Bush could donate some funds left after building his "new" 8500 square foot home? Somethng tells me unless he could come out looking like Prince charming...we'd never see an dime. Casa ra sa ra...what will be will be?
