Daughter in-law babysat her freinds little girl for the first time this weekend, blonde hair, big blue eyes, she was the cutest little thing and she gave me an look like "I know your an grandma" and came over an sat on my lap to rock and talk a bit about her "baby" (doll)...as if it was the thing you do wiht grandma's in the house. She was the center of attention the whole weekend here. James just hugged her when they picked her up, she's gonna be an "daddy's girl" perhaps. Our kids are just so precious. GET WELL EVERYONE! According to the machine my heart was racing too fast. so they put me on an ECG. The nurse told me there was something wrong with me heart and needed the doctor to look at the readout. For half an hour I was worried,what was wrong now? Then the nurse came back and said,"everything is OK. It is a side effect of my medication". Them saying that was enough to make the old ticker race even more!!! They really have the knack of scaring you. Years ago when I had problems with my digestive system I had a scan and the doctor said to the nurse "Wow - look at the size of that" - in complete panic imagining a tumour the size of a melon I said "The size of what?" and he said "Oh just the vein in your liver - never seen one that big"! What a relief! Thanks everyone for you good thoughts. Think all of you here have propped me up enough over the last year and given me so much support to help me get through. Thank you again.
