That Ruth has broken my fingers!!

Chris, Sarah and the family were away......fortunately Diana!! LOL

And Bab's, would you really want to see me any other way? (If you do please contact me through....) LOL

So I take it that by my firm handshake you judge me to be a person of character, Ron?  lol

Now don't you be tellin porkies about me roughing you up.  It wasn't til after the C.S. Lewis tour (fabulous!!) that you got your whuppin.  We needed you to drive the van, remember?  And I showed you mercy because you were decent.  And very warm and charming I might add.  xx

Seriously, though, we had an absoutely GREAT day  with Ron and Anna, and Paul Hilton, who very graciously met us on the road and navigated us to Wheatley.  The weather was lovely too - hot and sunny (just what we were trying to get away from, lol).  But since it wasn't really hot by our standards, I guess you could say it was a glorious summer day in England with wonderful English company.  Thank you SO MUCH, Ron and Anna for your gracious hospitality.

And special thanks to you too, Paul, for meeting us.  It was nice to be able to put down the map and just follow you through the lovely villages around Oxfordshire.  Had we taken a wrong turn, we might be in Yorkshire by now, still looking for Ron!

Our trip was fabulous - more details to follow.  Don't hold your breath for the pics yet - I took over 3,000 and have to do a bit of sorting before I can get any posted.
