Had a lovely beef stoganoff tonight with pineapple upside down cake for dessert. It's been ages since I've had that cake. It was my Dad's favorite, I'll never eat it without thinking of him. Know how Cathyml feels about needing to go back over to Merry Olde to top up the pictures.

Only joking dear friends because I can see that you are. Anna and I very much appreciate the kind words from each and every one of you, thank you so much! 2). It's been a busy week for Anna in particular with all that has to be done after the loss of her Mum. I suppose things will settle down after the funeral on Monday. 3). Thank you dear POE friends for keeping the forum going, even if it is a little quiet on occasions. Just proves what a great bunch you all are. And as CathyML says. Yes, I have been 'beavering away in the background' approving the latest pictures, but I have only been doing what was necessary to allow time for the family. Thanks for understanding.
