I have just had some serious muscle spasm in my neck which is causing me to have a lot of migrains i am having to take my meds everyday so i am really exchausted! I cant sit for to long because of my neck not sure whats going on with it but its driving me nuts!! it isgetting better and its a lot better toady so just checking in with you guys sorry i have been MIA hope to be back in full action soon..Thanks..xxxxxxxx
