The life saving part of the grape for one's heart's health is not in the drink, it's in the grape skin, you could eaisly have the same heart protection squirting the center out of the grape and just eating the skin you know...think of all the calories and sugar and the kidney's you'd save doing that. Wine of course was chosen to signify the "blood of christ" in the Euchrist ritual.
